

Being in nature, breathing good air, experiencing a bright day and enjoying greenery does help. There is something about chlorophyll green. Also exercising, getting up early and avoiding procrastinating bahaviour helps loads.
I am aware that nature is not available to everyone and depression kills motivation to do anything. Got to find something that you look forward to in the morning. I assume that is why some people eat sugary stuff in the morning.
Block, ignore and be patient. They will eventually loose interest. Key is to not engage in any way. Don’t be tempted. They want it. You don’t give it.
