It seems pretty obvious that they were talking about how the only time Republicans show empathy is when they’re personally feeling pain.

Most Republicans don’t give a single shit if thousands of school kids are shot every year, but if it was kids they know, they’d want to actually protect kids from gun violence.

That’s completely different than how Couch Fucker is portraying it.
