Cool - thanks for the details about your gear. Fun to learn about the other adjacent disciplines.
Neat - paraglider here, but I know zero things about skydiving. It does seem to be common though, from talking to PG instructors, that skydivers learning PG tend to be very heavy handed with the controls. Just remember smooth and light if you ever try it out. :)
4·1 day agoLove the sign, but their cabinets are actually pretty high quality. For the money, at least as good as many of the other big cabinet makers, and they have Blum hinges and slides (or at least they did when I bought ours).

2·2 days agoYep - just drive through San Bernardino. Maga country, and yes, it’s not a very nice place to boot.
I bet he doesn’t like beer.
Top o the line: Robot Coupe (expensive, but will last forever)
Inexpensive but good enough and will do the job well: the Ninja one with the multiple attachments (blender base with a food processor and other things to go on top). We have one and it’s been working out well.
