I’m a bit embarrased to reveal my ignorance, but what does this saying mean?
My head cannon is that Trump and Orban want to convert their respective countries into the same type of society that Russia currently is. Why should Trump or Orban attack their only “ally”?

I mean . . is there any evidence for such a wild accusation?? Like, enough evidence to fill several large books and a multi-year FBI investigation that found verifiable evidence of collusion?
Well! I would hope, if there was, that some republican fixer aligned with the entrenched JFK-assasinating wing of the government would put out a paper-thin lie that there was no collusion so that the right wing corporate news sewers could bury that information quickly and it would never come up again.
