I take a couple of tablespoons of psyllium husk whipped up in a coffee cup full of water. My shit literally doesn’t stink anymore. Kinda gross to chug down daily, well worth it. Oh, also cured my bleeding hemorrhoids! If I had gone to the ER they would have put me in a room overnight, been there done that for less blood loss.
But aren’t prunes made from dried plums? Where’s the juice coming from?
According to Wikipedia, they cook the prunes in hot water and process the mixture back into juice.
More of a thin slurry.
