My family rents an apartment from an owner that uses a property management company. There’s a big hole in my roof. My property manager is like HR for landlords.
The municipalities delay is mostly from one landowner. Almost makes you want to name and shame.
I enjoy exploring new places in Fort Collins. Would you be willing to share some of your favorite spots in the area that you recommend?
